About the event
Munawara Education are delighted to be able to present our new Mental & Spiritual Wellness support services whereby we look forward to sharing lots of invaluable advice and offering pre-recorded talks delivered by various renowned international Muslim scholars.
Our first pre-recorded lecture is delivered by ustadah Yasmin Mogahed on the topic of ‘Pain’, to include various forms of depression and anxiety that some of us may be facing and the challenges and negative impacts that these pains can have on our day to day lives, especially in our connection with our creator ﷻالله if and when these are not fully addressed and treated appropriately.
