ISLAM

Islam means to achieve peace with our creator - Allahﷻالله (God), to achieve peace within oneself and with the many creations of Allahﷻالله (God), through wholly submitting oneself to Allahﷻالله (God) and accepting His divine guidance on how to exist righteously in this life, with the ultimate goal of making it through to Jannah (Paradise) in the hereafter.

The term Islam derives from the three-letter Arabic root, S (س)- L (ل)- M (م), which generates words with interrelated meanings, including “surrender”, “submission”, “commitment” and “peace”. Islam refers to the monotheistic religion revealed to the final messenger of Allahﷻالله (God), Prophet Muhammad ibn (son of) Abdullah, between 610 and 632 of the Common Era.
